Now showing twice a year in the months of May and November, the Peppertree Art Show features over 400 magnificent paintings, drawings, and sculptures by more than 70 highly accredited, nationally and internationally collected artists. The Peppertree Art Show, recognized as one of the finest and most beautiful art shows in America, is conducted within the surrounds of a working California horse ranch.


Show Location
The art show is located at the beautiful Peppertree Ranch, 3617 Roblar Avenue Santa Ynez, California approximately 30 miles north of Santa Barbara just off Hwy 154. The closest commercial airport to our location is the Santa Barbara Airport. Closest major airport is LAX.

Saturdays 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sundays 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.


Entrance Fees
There is no charge to view the art show, however, there is a minimal charge of $5.00 per person for parking. (Gold Card Members and their guests are exempt from any parking fees.)


Invitations
Invitations are required and may be obtained by filling out the short invitation request form located on our website or by calling 805-688-6205. Your invitation is good for you and/or your spouse, as well as your guests provided they arrive at the show in the same vehicle or caravan.


Gold Card Members
Those who have purchased original artwork at The Peppertree Art Show, or have ordered a commission piece from an artist as a direct result of the Peppertree Art Show, are placed on our Gold Card Membership list. Each Gold Card Member will receive a Saturday and Sunday Gold Admission Card. Gold Card Members receive exclusive newsletters, offerings, and special artist's announcements. In addition, by displaying this Gold Admission Card to the parking attendant, Buyer's and their guests will not be asked to pay the parking fees.

Note: Gold Card Members who have not attended the Peppertree Art Show within a (5) year period, or have not mailed in their admission card will be automatically dropped from our mailing list.


White Card Members (General Admission)
Those who request an invitation, by phone, fax, email, website, or mail, will receive a "General" Admission Card good for both Saturday and/or Sundays show. Please present the "General" Admission Card when entering the show. Should a General Card Member purchase an original piece of artwork at the Peppertree Art Show, they will automatically be placed on our Gold Card Membership List.

Note: General Card Members who have not attended the Peppertree Art Show within a (5) year period, or have not mailed in their admission card will be automatically dropped from our mailing list.


Saturday Show 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday night shows are normally attended by serious Art Collectors and Art Buyers who are interested in purchasing original artwork. Everyone entering the gallery is handed an artist's biography booklet containing several intent-to-purchase slip forms. Following the opening of the show, guests are able to view the artwork throughout the gallery and make their selections by filling out their intent-to-purchase slips. At 6:00, guests interested in purchasing artwork will be asked to turn in their filled out intent-to-purchase slips at the sales counter. At 6:30 p.m. a drawing is held, hosted by Bob Eubanks, for each piece of artwork in the show to determine who will win the opportunity to purchase that particular piece. If you wish to submit an intent-to-purchase slip on a particular piece(s) and do not plan on attending the actual drawing at 6:30, you may sign the bottom of the intent-to-purchase slip. If your intent-to-purchase slip is drawn, you will be obligated to purchase that piece of art work. A representative will contact you by phone the following day.


Sunday Show 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Sundays show is attended by Art Buyers, Art Collectors, and Art Appreciators who come to purchase, view, and enjoy the beautiful artwork. Artwork not sold during Saturdays show is available on Sunday for purchase on a first-come-first-serve basis.


Sold Art
ALL artwork, purchased or not, must remain in the gallery until closing of the show on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. NO EXCEPTIONS! Special arrangements to pick up purchased art following the art show are available.


Available Art For Sale
Following Saturday's drawing, art work not displaying a gold "Sold" sticker is available for purchase during Sunday's show.


Shipping Sold Artwork
We will be happy to ship most purchased artwork. Please speak to a sales representative at our sales counter during the show for details.

Children
We encourage children to attend the show, however, we ask that an adult accompanies them at all times. There are no parking fees assessed for children twelve years and under.


Handicap
Handicap parking is available. The show is equipped with ramps in and out of all facilities. Please display your Handicap parking tag when you arrive. The parking attendant will park you as close to the art exhibit as possible.


Groups/Organizations
Groups and Organizations are asked to attend on SUNDAYS ONLY. This allows our serious Art Collectors and Art Buyers room to view the artwork during Saturday's show. Only one invitation is required per organization.


Refreshment Bar
The refreshment bar opens during show hours. Mixed drinks, fine wine, beer and sodas are available.


Barbeque Lunch
A Western-style barbeque lunch is available on Sundays only. We offer a Tri-tip/Chicken lunch with all of the fixings including beans, salad, salsa and bread. Serving starts at 11:30am.
