Fariad has been documenting his poetry in life for over 30 years now. He started out in Trinidad (West Indies), where he painted the rainforests with some of America's greatest wildlife artists. Fariad grew up painting the beaches and people of the island there, which set the foundation for him to develop his skills as a painter. His paintings have now expanded beyond wildlife, to include landscapes and western art, where he paints on the Parrish Pioneer Ranch in The San Bernardino Mountains. Fariad paints the people, the places, and the things he sees in Oak Glen, where his gallery is located.

Current publishers include; Present Avon-Harper Collins Publishers, NY, Galleria of Precious Memories, Upland CA, and Present Wildland Images, Glendora CA. His most recent award was at the 2007 Norco 11th Annual Western Art Show where he received the Best in Show & two Platinum Sponsor's Choice Awards.
