The following Standards, Policies & Agreements are intended to clarify ethical practices and establish an understanding resulting in a healthy working relationship between artists participating in the Peppertree Art Show and Peppertree Management and Staff. Should you disagree with any of these Standards, Policies, and Agreements, please contact Trace Eubanks before consigning any artwork to the Peppertree Art Show.

Standards of Quality:
Peppertree Art Show Management selects only those artists whose artwork meets the high-quality and standards on which the reputation of the Peppertree Art Show has been established. Please be advised that Peppertree Art Show Management reserves the right to exhibit any artwork that does not, in our opinion, meet the quality of standards expected from the artist and displayed in the Peppertree Art Show.

Standards of Consignment:
Framed and sculptured artwork: All framed or "one of a kind" sculptured artwork displayed in the Peppertree Art Show shall be original artwork that has never been displayed, exhibited, or advertised in any other; art show, gallery, event, publication, or website prior to being consigned with the Peppertree Art Show unless previously discussed and agreed upon by Trace Eubanks. In addition, Peppertree Art Show Management has the right to refuse any artwork which applies to these policies yet is dated longer than one year in age unless agreed upon by Trace Eubanks.
Bronze Artwork (Editions): In order to maintain a fresh energetic environment in each of our shows, we must insist that all bronze sculptured artists refrain from displaying any artwork previously displayed in the Peppertree Art Show for a period of two years unless previously agreed upon by Trace Eubanks. In addition, all sculptured bronze artists who accept an invitation to participate are required to exhibit no less than three (3) brand new works in each Peppertree Art Show.

Artist Participation and Attendance:
It is our policy that each artist accepting an invitation to participate in the Peppertree Art Show shall attend the show on both Saturday and Sunday of our event, and/or will arrange to have someone present to represent the artist's work unless if previously agreed upon by Trace Eubanks. In addition, artists accepting an invitation to participate in the Peppertree Art Show agree to attend the show throughout the duration of the event. We request that all artists participating in the Peppertree Art Show refrain from participating at any other gallery or special event scheduled on the same dates as the Peppertree Art Show.

Show Facility Agreement:
The Peppertree Art Show Management will maintain the show facility in optimum condition for all Peppertree Art Shows. Experienced personnel will handle all artwork carefully, and insure that every effort will be made to display and light each piece of artwork to its best advantage. Peppertree Management reserves the right to display all artwork at Managements discretion.

Commissions:
Peppertree Art Show will withhold a 35% commission from all sales of original artwork consigned with the Peppertree Art Show excluding sales tax. In addition, all commissioned pieces obtained by an artist during the show that is a direct result of contacts made between a participating artists and an invited guests at the Peppertree Art Show, are subjected to the commission agreement as indicated on your Consignment Sheet.

Post-Show Sales:
Artwork that has been exhibited in the Peppertree Art Show, and is sold in a "follow-up" sale, (before consigned to another gallery or show) as a direct result of the Peppertree Art Show, is subjected to the commission agreement as indicated on the Consignment Sheet.

Advertising:
Peppertree Art Show Management will, through conscientious and innovative advertising, continue to reach and attract new potential art buyers as well as established Peppertree Fine Art Buyers, to consistently provide an ever-increasing attendance at the Peppertree Art Show.

Loss or Damage:
Peppertree Art Show Management agrees to make every effort to protect all artwork consigned to the Peppertree Art Show. However, Peppertree Art Show Management will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of consigned artwork during the shipping or due to fire or theft.

Liability Release:
Artist agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Trace Eubanks, Bob Eubanks, Peppertree Art Show, and it's employees and agents free and harmless from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses for injury to or destruction of property, and/or death or personal or bodily injury to any or and all persons, in any manner arising out of or incident to the event. This indemnity includes, but is not limited to, claims caused by or arising our of the use of the facilities, equipment, or services furnished by Trace Eubanks, Bob Eubanks, Peppertree Art Show or its employees and agents in connection with this event.
