Show Dates for the "Final" Peppertree Art Show will be December 6th and 7th, 2008.


Invitations Sent to your Buyers and Friends: If you would like us to send an invitation to your guests and buyers, we will need your list of addresses by October 10th. Please be selective in the number of names you submit and ensure that your list is current. Try to include ONLY those people you feel will be able to attend the show. Once you have submitted your list, you guests will be added to our permanent mailing list. Therefore, please do not submit the same names each year. To give your guests time to make arrangements to attend, invitations must be sent as early as possible. It is very important that you send your list to us no later than the date indicated.

Artist's Biographies: There will be no artists bios printed in our final event handouts. We would like to reserve this area and offer each artists the opportunity to submit a closing statement, (one paragraph please) about what impacts the Peppertree Art Show has had in your life as an artist, and what the show has meant to you over the years. Please send your statement to Trace no later than October 31st.

Consignment Sheets: Your consignment sheet will be sent to you via email. The number of pieces and approximate sizes are indicated under REMARKS at the bottom of the consignment sheet. Please clearly list your work and mail, email, or fax it to Trace Eubanks. Please be sure that your consignment sheet, arrives no later than November 17th.

Shipped Art: All Framed Artwork being shipped to Peppertree Ranch MUST arrive no later than Friday, November 28th. All Sculptured Artwork being shipped to Peppertree Ranch MUST arrive no later than Wednesday, December 3rd. If shipping by UPS, Federal Express, or freight truck, please send to the Peppertree Ranch (see address below).

Hand-Delivered Artwork: All Hand Delivered Framed Artwork MUST arrive at Peppertree Ranch BEFORE 9:30a.m. Monday, December 1st. All Sculptured Artwork Hand Delivered to Peppertree Ranch MUST be ready to be placed in the gallery BEFORE 12:00pm Friday, December 5th.

Remember to allow extra time for shipping due to the approaching holiday season!

WARNING! Due to critical time schedules and multi-complexities involved in arranging the artwork in this show, it is absolutely imperative that ALL artwork arrives at the Peppertree Ranch by the deadlines specified. You are hereby notified that if your artwork arrives after the deadlines, there will be NO guarantee that it will be placed in the show.

Pricing Artwork: The minimum price for any original art displayed in the Peppertree Art Show is $1,000.00. (Please limit to (1) piece at this price). No price reductions will be allowed during the show. If a prospective buyer attempts to negotiate another price other than the one posted, please refer them to Trace Eubanks during the show. We can make arrangements for time payments up to 6 months if needed to help acquire the sale.

Painting and Drawing Preparations: Please make sure that all hanging wires are attached and secured to the frames. Also, to assist our hanging crew, please place an identification tag or label on the back or bottom of your artwork indication the title, price and artist name. Note: At times we receive many damaged pieces art work shipped by third parties in less than satisfactory crates and boxes. These damages costs the artist unwarranted expenses. Please communicate with third parties shipping your art work to insure that they package your beautiful artwork in a professional manner.

Brochures: You may bring your own brochures to display at the show. A table in the reception room will be provided for displaying brochures and printed materials. Please Do Not place any printed materials next to your artwork unless you check with Trace.

Badges and I.D. Ribbons: Your Artist Badges will be handed out just prior to the opening of the show. PLEASE be sure to attend the artist meeting held at 2:00pm as we will be discussing very important information related to the show.

Prints/Print Department: Sorry, but we no longer sell any prints or lithographs at the Peppertree Art Show. Please do not ship any prints or lithos to the ranch.

Return Shipping and Charges For Unsold Art: So we may promptly return any unsold artwork, we ask that you remain after the show closes on Sunday to package and label your crates for shipping. Artist's are responsible for all shipping charges for unsold artwork.
